Taking an enlightened look at what works best...
Orion Methodology

The Orion Trust provides program participants with the unique opportunity to flex and develop organizational skills. We frequently use a stimulating outdoor-based environment where ideas and principles strike home in an immediate and dramatic form.

Your customized program is carefully designed to reveal, with unusual clarity, the effects of varying styles of motivation, planning, resource allocation and other issues of crucial importance in the team and leadership development process.

In addition, enhancing creativity and innovation is fundamental to all of our programs. The adjacent diagram graphically illustrates our experience-based approach to learning and development:
Experiential Model The Orion Trust is skilled at "building bridges" and making analogies between the various projects and related facilitation that we offer and your organization.

Bridges that convey awareness, insights, understanding, and application.

Whether indoor or outdoor-based, our activities are not military-style initiative tests, nor do they require any unusual physical strength or endurance. All our activities and simulations have strong, organizational foundations and sophisticated, business-related themes. Safety is always paramount - in designing your program we take into careful consideration both the age and fitness of all our participants, together with their desire for more challenging activities. Games, ropes courses, and "touchy-feely" experiences are intentionally not a part of our repertoire.

We are able to highlight for a group, or individual, the precise causes of poor performance or to analyze and draw lessons from your successes - often the harder job, for it is easy to celebrate success and assume it can be repeated.
